Human Diamonds

By: Ryan Pettigrew

Integrity and authenticity,

Like flawless diamonds in rarity.

Daily false claiming by the masses,

But lie and backstab with multiple chances.

Begging for real but crumble in its presence,

Actions reveal a superficial essence.

Loyal to none since they betray themselves,

Insecure followers or suicidal rebels.

However, flawless diamonds do exist,

But ignorance will allow them to be missed.

Walk the walk or you get filtered out,

To sit amongst garbage while you sulk and pout.

The rest choose to walk in glory,

Teaching their children their true story.
